Admittedly a standard 〜げ construction, I’ve seen this very frequently (we don’t have separate 〜く entries, say, but do have 〜味(み) and 〜目(め) entries, and presumably 〜気(げ), as these are semi-regular and a bit more obscure (well, less basic) (mostly used for a more limited set of terms), AFAICT).
(Traditional Japanese summer decorations are designed to evoke a refreshing feeling – 風鈴 via sound, various designs, etc.)
