| Comments: | -斜交 is overwhelmingly if not exclusively しゃこう, though it could be retained here as [io] with evidence -i really don't think those are two different senses (no japanese dictionary treats them as such), especially in english |

| Comments: | Add “*crossing* diagonal” sense. Heard used as such to describe beams (crossing) at a building. Previously heard same term used to describe holding a glass diagonally (when pouring). This seems an old-fashioned or dialectic usage, as when I asked other people they looked quite confused and insisted that it only meant *crossing* (as per 交), though as dicts make clear, it is also used simply to mean “diagonally”. |
