| Comments: | Pretty obscure term (old artisanal sake making), found on a few sake bottles; per reference, apparently only 3 companies still use this (不老泉 is one of them). Note also that reading of 木槽 is not obvious, as it’s often もくそう. 木槽搾り (with vats, w/o pole) seems also used. |
