to be honest, i don't really care for 'long-neck woman'.  if you want to have a succinct gloss and relegate the description to an explanation tag, i say just go for 'rokurokubi'

OK, obviously the new gloss doesn't work if it isn't a woman, but it's the best of the feeble collection of 訳語 available.
