<upd_detl>I think this entry needs to be expanded: 部会, when used as a suffix, quite often (and depending on the context) means "division or section (of a larger organisation)".
For example, in our newspaper we find the expression 八漁協種苗生産部会 in a headline, which refers to an entity named 八重山漁協サンゴ種苗生産部会. Spelled out in yet more detail, this is the サンゴ種苗生産部会 (a division) of the 八重山漁業協同組合 (this headline is not refering to a meeting but to something newsworthy that group of people has done).
