<upd_detl>I'm not changing it myself, but if you glance at the refs you might be inclined to put this in [elec] like I am.
All of our other transformers (変圧器, 逓降変圧器, 降圧トランス) are [elec], not sure why a particular variant of transformer would not be. I've started a github entry on [elec][electr].</upd_detl>
