<upd_detl>at the moment, nothing shows up on jisho.org or wwwjdic, when entering this.. (or any variant I've tried). as a casual user of the dictionary, I wouldn't even know where to find the example sentences? :P
as a user, I would love to have at least one form of every more or less common expression in the dictionary, so I can learn something quickly and move on.. but I understand if the purpose of the dictionary is not to actually teach people japanese (expressions)? it would make really it more useful though.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think 何がどうなっている is worth having because it is a set phrase and only ever uttered in a single circumstance (that of confusion), but apparently some people disagree because it was deleted years ago (2836942)
This one I am not so sure about. どうなる might be but can it be glossed in a meaningful way?</upd_detl>

If you want see all the "どうなっ..." examples, go to https://www.edrdg.org/cgi-bin/wwwjdic/wwwjdic?10 and put it in the search box.
