<upd_detl>I came to this entry when checking the フラスタ submission. I see that フラワースタンド usually means a structure for holding flowers, pot plants, etc. However, it's also used for a tall flower arrangement for ceremonial occasions, hence the proposed second sense.
From the hits and images for フラスタ it seems that (abbreviation) is almost always used for the arrangements.
