<upd_detl>I think we should have more Tokyo 
neighborhoods in jmdict (I've brought it up on 
Github in the proper name policy suggestion 
thread). I suggest a standardized formatting 
like this. Or maybe adjective + Tokyo 
neighborhood, e.g. upscale Tokyo neighborhood, 
in this case. But few neigborhoods lend are as 
distinctive as Ginza...</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I'm not sure I agree with that removal. It seems to me it referred to a specific type of silver mints, not just one specific silver mint (until 1800)</upd_detl>
