I think 0.3306 should be simplified too(0.33, or even 1/3 square meter), but I've touched too much at once as it is.
Note: for consistency I think the U.S. spellings should lead, and we are generally inconsistent with including British spellings (except where we only have the British spellings...). This parenthetical approach (metres) would probably be my vote, if we're going to actually do this everywhere.,</upd_detl>
