<upd_detl>I don't have access to the translation of Rudin, but this looks rather doubtful. 非正 isn't recorded anywhere as a noun or morpheme. The most common occurrences are as prefixes. Perhaps it's an abbreviation of 非正規化数 or something like that.</upd_detl>
