<upd_detl>This is related to the recently added entry for 白糸威. Since there would be many combination depending on the color like 赤糸威、黒糸威、紺糸威 etc... I thought instead it would be more straightforward to just add 糸威.
Quoting the second link:
威とは、鎧兜の小札（こざね）板を、革や糸などの緒で上下に結び合わせることです。糸を用いたものは「糸威（いとおどし）」、鹿革を用いたものは「革威（かわおどし）」と呼ばれます。</upd_detl>
