同一資金で銘柄を変えながら、1日に何度も取引を繰り返す取引のことで、日本の株取引においては、同一銘柄に関して、買い約定代金の合計が元本を超えて何度も現物取引の売買を繰り返すことは、差金決済に当たると考えられて禁止されていたが、2001年に金融ビッグバンの一環としてループトレードが解禁された。
