<upd_detl>The kokugos split this term into two senses: the Greek god and the Freudian term. I've proposed the former as a namedict entry, and disambiguated this one for clarity. OED defines it as "the death instinct".</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>generally greek gods have gone into the main dictionary, and eros the god is together with other senses in the eros entry, so there is no need to split

not sure if this should be grc or gre.  perhaps we should eliminate that distinction</upd_detl>
