<upd_detl>I came across this term in the context of the blog entry references first, and there seem to be not much other evidence for it on the web, but from the second reference it appears that it is a known and colloquially used expression. This is a very preliminary entry: I neither have evidence for the exact meaning and usage nor for the reading(s?), so I need to ask for someone with more information at hand to be so kind and sytraighten this out. :)</upd_detl>
