<upd_detl>I'm not sure these readings belong in the same entry, at least not without a note. I think that in paper-related contexts, it's always ぎゃくめ.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Looks like you're correct about the reading in paper contexts. Since 「ぎゃくめ」doesn't show up in any kokugos, it's probably better split out, with the bookbinding sense.</upd_detl>
