<upd_detl>If you look at all of the glosses for 滲む, I think it's clear that this usage is idiomatic and not a+b. And I think it's common enough based on the ngrams that it is worth having.

This is doubly useful because that に looks like a particle, and not the beginning of a verb. (I started by searching for じむ...) In hindsight, のに doesn't usually work that way, but I'm not the only one with these deficiencies...

I think it would be nice if this could be properly identified as an adjective (though I guess the glosses suggest it). I was tempted to strip な and mark as [adj-na], but maybe that's not quite technically true.

I think a direct entry for 血のにじむ, without よう would be less helpful, and it is less common.

Encountered Context: after many years of hard of hard training and self-discipline to master something:
Japanese encountered:
それはにじむような努力の賜物に見えますが
English Translation 1
To me, that seems like the work of painstaking effort.
English Translation 2
To me, that semes like the work of tremendous effort.

I think we could actually use a few more expressions that end in ほど and よう, as they are very common in a lot of idiomatic structures. We don't have many, but a couple have made it in.
歯の浮くような
猫の額のような
芋を洗うような</upd_detl>
