<upd_detl>Not sure how this should be glossed. Might be better to gloss as an adverb.</upd_detl>
<upd_refs>There's currently a viral tweet describing Western memes which feature Shinzo Abe urging readers to help reverse the declining birth rate.

  英語圏のミームって日本語圏に全然知られてないよね。安倍晋三がガン決まった顔で「セックスをしなさい」と言ってくるというミームがあるらしい。

I wasn't sure what "ガン決まった" meant.
I see we have an entry for ガンギマリ which is unrelated.

<upd_detl>I think this is one of those cases where an explanation is better than a translation. Wiktionary simply has "used to intensify a verb".
Daijr says "名詞や形容詞の語幹に付いて" but its examples use verb stems. I wonder if "形容詞" is an error. I don't think I've ever seen ガン used with adjectives (unless you include ガングロ).
[sl] might be more appropriate than [col]. The 3rd edition of daijr describes ガン- terms as 若者語. (I don't have the 4th ed.)</upd_detl>
