Unicode lists it as a compatibility character for 兔.
Meikyo lists it ("正字") along with 兔 as variant characters for 兎.

<upd_detl>Hanazono is a nice fallback font for covering these obscure characters. It's freely licensed and included in the repos of most linux distributions.

I'm planning to include some of the font data in my distribution of jmdict to ensure that users can see these characters.</upd_detl>

I mentioned before that meikyo displays the 「兔」 form in a note. Kanjipedia (the kanken company) and jitenon also include images of it.

We have some obscure and poorly-supported kanji in headwords in several other entries. By my search, 䘣, 𬵪, 𤼵, 卄, 卐, 椂, 欙, 疍, 皻, 邓, and 鲁 are all in JMdict or JMnedict, but aren't supported by Adobe's "Source Han Sans JP" font.</upd_refs>
