If you actually google "じねつちょりゅうそう" you get zero matches, but I don't think that changes the reality of the ちねつ/じねつ pronunciation split in the population.  It would be weird to be inconsistent with this entry without some sort of explicit reason.

I'd say a learner should prefer ちねつ in call cases anyway.  But dictionaries are recognizing じねつ as valid.</upd_detl>
