<upd_detl>It can't be meaningful to look at the ngrams for an entry like these - there will be gazillions of false hits, and the real thing missed. Three conjugations of a single -む verb gets over 150k in the ngrams - obviously じゃう should also get spec1 and should definitely not be hidden.</upd_detl>
