<upd_detl>I don't think 入 and 切 are words here. Rather, they're characters representing "on" and "off". Someone who replied to the question on 知恵袋 says the same thing "「入/切」は『「ことば」になっていない単なる文字".
That explains why the reading suggestions are all over the place: いり, いる, いれる, にゅう, etc.
