<upd_detl>Aligning glosses with backref, usage statistics, and American English. The rub here is that "enquiry" is not merely a straightforward spelling deviation, as "enquiry" exists in North American English... it's just ignored.
Minimally, I think "inquiry" should have come ahead of "enquiry", if you think they still need to be kept side-by-side.</upd_detl>

Please remember that the difference between inquiry and enquiry only really matters in British English. In American English, inquiry is preferred as a synonym for investigations in all situations and enquiry is rarely used</upd_refs>
