<upd_detl>When used between peers, it usually isn't derogatory. I don't think we can concisely explain the nuances of お前 in a usage note. Depending on who you're speaking to, it can either be rude, condescending or just informal.
Sense 2 is a noun, not a pronoun.
I think 御前 should be visible. The kanji is shared with ごぜん and it might cause confusion if 御前 is used with this this meaning but only appears on the ごぜん entry.</upd_detl>
