<upd_detl>This is just 店・たな with 御 prefixed to it, the meaning seems to be exactly the same, gg5 doesn't list お店 as a separate entry, and eij only recognises the meaning 'shop' which would suggest the reading おみせ is more common.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>This is most often read as おみせ, but with a different meaning. Worth explaining/creating an entry for it? Normally I wouldn't support an entry for something that is basically お+店, but having only this entry for お店 can confuse dictionary users.</upd_detl>
