<upd_detl>To be clear, I like [adj-f] on this term.  I don't feel like 未確認情報 is "just" 未確認の情報" with の removed, and I think that [adj-f,adj-no] is an informative description of the way this particular term is used in practice. 

But this is clearly also [adj-no], and it appears that our policy is that [adj-f] is redundant.  This is the *only* 未~ term currently tagged [adj-f] (and a lot of them do behave this way). So, edited for consistency.

I've also removed [n].  See comments on 未使用. This is the last of ~3 terms I will make this edit to, as this needs discussion.</upd_detl>
