孰方 gets 0 n-grams and is not in references - I think it can be dropped.
For いずかた, GG5 has a separate entry and uses いず方 in examples with the 《文》 tag. Perhaps it should go in its own [rare][form[ entry.

I don't think we should ever use sk for ok readings like this. They're not variant forms; they're separate archaic words. I think they can be dropped. I think ok reading that we want to keep should be separate arch-tagged entries.</upd_detl>
