<upd_detl>**I did not realize もうひと頑張り was in JMdict already, as I searched the database for ひと頑張り as its own word. Ironically, the weblio link I used comes from JMdict. I would propose ひと頑張り as its own word and not exclusively found in the phrase もうひと頑張り.  For instance, 最後のひと頑張り is another phrase that contains ひと頑張り, an example of which can be found in the Eijirō examples page here (https://eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=ひと頑張り ). That being said, I understand if this entry is seen as unnecessary.</upd_detl>
