<upd_detl>I've already asked this on GitHub but I'll repeat it here. Do we want to use the [cards] tag for names of card games considering that we don't use [sports] for names of sports?
I don't really mind either way but if we do tag them, I don't think the parenthesised part should be left simply as "game", "Japanese game", etc. I think it looks odd without "card" or some other descriptor that indicates it's a card game.</upd_detl>
