<upd_detl>This entry was originally in jmdict, but it is now the only entry in all of jmnedict with a priority tag. The film described by the gloss premiered in 2005, but the wordfreq file from which the [gai1] tags originate (according to the notes in the JMdict file preamble) was compiled in the 1990s.

I thought maybe the term might have been popular in the 1990s for some other reason, but I checked the wordfreq file and don't actually see it in there. It doesn't appear in the search results for "ブーツ", and "キンキー" returns no results.
