<upd_detl>Vote delete, curious what references back this up. There are some kotowaza dictionaries that list this as 類語 for 九牛一毛, but nothing I could find where this was a top-level entry.

Instead of this, actually common on twitter, but not in kokukos or jmdict, the much simpler: 海の一滴. But we wouldn't likely create an entry for that. Why this?
https://twitter.com/search?q=%E6%B5%B7%E3%81%AE%E4%B8%80%E6%BB%B4&src=typed_query&f=live

蒼海一滴集 was the title of a single essay collection, and shows up in some searches. Different kanji for 滄 though.

The [yoji] tag was removed in August as part of a cleanup. If this was "real", I would think it would have been actually used as [yoji].

For comparison, this similar expression actually exists:
滄海の一粟	201

Another one we have that doesn't exist in any significant measure:
大海一滴	No matches</upd_detl>
<upd_refs>滄海一滴	0	0.0%
滄海の一滴	0	0.0%
滄海一雫	0	0.0%
滄海の一雫	0	0.0%</upd_refs>
