<upd_detl>I note that almost always in compounds of nation/race + 人 the reading is じん. The main class of exceptions seems to be biblical references, e.g. ヘブル人/ヘブルびと (GG5) and ナザレ人/ナザレびと. Even then, GG5 has " ペリシテ人 （ペリシテじん［びと］）".
For this entry and the others Dine has edited we could:
- just have びと
- have both the びと and じん forms visible
- have both but make the じん form only searchable.

<upd_detl>I think we should either have びと only or both びと and じん. I don't mind which. A search-only じん form wouldn't be much help here.</upd_detl>
