This ref didn't give "岸釣り" but it does say that "bank fishing" is "岸からの釣り" (いわゆるおかっぱり)

岸からの釣り、いわゆるおかっぱりの事をbank fishing と言います。岩場などから釣る時はrock fishingという時もあります。岸からの釣りを表す言い回しとしては、この他、fish from shore (shoreline)や砂浜から釣る場合surf fishingなどがあります。陸っぱりを適切な英語で言えるようになりましょう。
