That's often the longer sentence. And the reader can conjugate (他に何かありますか、他に何かありませんか、etc.)

I'm pretty sure in informal language 他に何か can stand alone in the same way.

<upd_detl>Given that we have entries for 他に and 何か, I don't think there's much value in a 他に何か entry. The meaning is obvious and it's not usually a standalone expression.
I think 他に何かある is too compositional.</upd_detl>
