<upd_detl>Why "even inter-character-spacing" and not "even spacing"?  Each character does not get the same amount of space.  The first character starts the line, the last ends it, the remainder are divided equally.

A and E get less space than B,C,D.  It is the "inter-character" spacing that is preserved. (Not my terminology)

This one was an exercise. daijs says "justification", but this appears to be a very specific kanji/hanji-related character spacing terminology. (It would appear only in the context of laying out Japanese or Chinese text, it does not have a clear analog in an English-language wordprocessing program).

When you have fully-justified latin text(lines are stretched to the left AND right margins), the spacing is not generally divided evenly among the characters.  So "fully justified" alone is inadequate as a gloss.

To my typographic knowledge Word’s term doesn’t exist in English. 
In Japanese typography it’s called »均等割り« or »even inter character spacing« (https://w3c.github.io/jlreq/?lang=en#term.even-inter-character-spacing) but it’s a bit different; in Chinese we call it »疏排« (lit. loose setting) which isn’t exact enough.</upd_refs>

<upd_detl>The wikipedia page for 文字揃え actually has a photo comparing various justifications.  "Distributed" is used here, but this is a made-up term for a kanji-related feature that does not exist on the English side. "Distributed" has no typographical meaning to an English-speaking reader.  ("Distributed" does not appear in the English-language wikipedia article on justification).</upd_detl>
