<upd_refs>I tried to find out what "interpretive program" means.
I didn't find much, but based on the following webpage, it appears to mean the same thing as "interpreter":
.
interpretive program - (computer science) a program that translates and executes source language statements one line at a time
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/interpretive+program
.
GG5 says
.
So GG5 doesn't have a separate sense for "interpretive program", and it lists both comp and non-comp senses of "interpreter".</upd_refs>
