<upd_detl>I have a copy of 日本国語大辞典第二版 第13巻 (もんこ～ん) and this entry does not appear either under よう【容】 or as a headword. 改容 does occur in Classical Chinese so this is likely from kanbun. I suggest we delete it or tag it as arch/obs. Also the conjugation is v2m-s not v5m.</upd_detl>
