<upd_detl>WWW hits and some of those tweets seem to show it is often used in video games, although many are for 重複カウントなし or エンカウントなし. Perhaps its use at work was drawing on that. I suspect this needs broadening somewhat with some more investigation. Literally it's just "without count(ing)".</upd_detl>
