<upd_detl>We have an entry currently 紡ぎ糸 which is mixed up with 紬糸. The usual appearance of "紡ぎ糸" ("spun yarn") is 手紡ぎ糸 ("hand-spun yarn").
If it's worth having a dedicated entry for 紡ぎ糸, then I think the common form merits an entry. Just google
