<upd_detl>Was going to change xref kanji from 嗽薬 to うがい薬, but I'm 98% sure this should point at one of the mouthwashes instead, and not the medicated mouthwashes(薬).
I've seen no products self-identify as 水歯磨き, but it does seem there is at least some colloquial use to mean "mouthwash".</upd_detl>
