Google returns basically nothing but some dictionary entries.  Almost nonexistent on twitter.
Maybe the rarest term I've yet seen, and can be literally constructed from the meanings of 利かす and 粋 if someone so desires.  

Should be no less valid than 粋を利かせる, with latter not having an entry here because it doesn't have a dedicated dictionary entry.  (I'm currently matching up 利かす and 利かせる entries). I won't try and create 粋を利かせる, but it's a small inconsistency/distraction to have one entry without the other.</upd_detl>
