<upd_detl>There's another sense which I don't think is fully captured in the current meanings. It's the sense of "is always doing". It's similar to the meanings in sense 1, but different enough from those that it confused me a bit the first few times I ran across it. It's a sentence like:
かれは食べてばっかりいる -- "he's always eating"
It's not that he's "only" eating or "merely" eating or literally doing "nothing but" eating or doing "no more than" eating. It's a non-literal use of "always".
I'm not sure how to best phrase it, though, or if it is a prt in that sense, or perhaps an adv, so I've not changed the entry at this point. I hope you'll consider adding it, though. Some more examples of this usage at the reference links.</upd_detl>

I saw "今度ばかりは" which I think means the same as "今度こそは"
Progressive has:
