<upd_detl>I don't like obs here. It's the kanji form that's obsolete, not the word. I think it would be fine to have 東亰 on the 東京 entry as an sK form.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think so to, but I'd rather see it as an rK than an sK. I think it would be better to apps to decide how much prominence they want to give to rare kanji ratherthan just telling them they need to be hidden away.</upd_detl>
