<upd_detl>This isn't in my refs. It's one of the Chinese names for Crassula ovata. The few Japanese web results I could find refer to it in the context of dietary supplements, and describe it as a Chinese plant variety.
I don't think it's needed as an entry.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I'd argue that 498 is very low, and n-grams aren't the only thing to consider. From what I can tell, this is simply a Chinese word that some Japanese supplement companies adopted (in the 90s?) as a way to market the plant as a treatment for certain diseases (like diabetes). And it was evidently a short-lived fad; there are virtually no recent examples of this word anywhere on the web.
I don't think it's appropriate for a JE dictionary.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Actually, "fad" implies that it was at one point popular, but I'm not seeing any evidence of that either.</upd_detl>
