<upd_detl>By my count, NHK's new accent dictionary has pronunciation info for
around 250 counters. For most of the counters, it enumerates
pronunciations from 1 to 20 (e.g. 1皿, 2皿, ..., 20皿) and with 何
(e.g. 何皿). For some select counters (e.g. 円), it goes all the way
to 100 and additionally includes 千 and 1万.

This information could surely be added programmatically to JMdict,
although I'm not sure what sort of copyright or attribution
limitations may apply.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I personally don't have anything to send. The dictionary has been
published in an app for iPhone and Android, and there's a user on
reddit who seems to have been able to pull all of the pitch
accent data from it (although the counter forms don't appear to
be included). So there must be some way to extract the data.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I've had a chance to dig into the NHK accent dictionary, and it confirms the ふたさら pronunciation and also the さんさら/みさら situation with 三皿. I'll approve this temporarily to shorten the ques but leave it here as a reminder. It would be good to get a long-term solution to the issue of the readings of numerics+counters.</upd_detl>
