<upd_detl>We have this at 「キープ」 as "5. person one is dating while hoping for someone better", but I think it's a bit off. The emphasis is more on the fact that the woman has a prospect she's serious about, but she's stringing along keep-kun on the chance that the other guy doesn't work out.</upd_detl>
