<upd_detl>Given the abbreviated style we usually adopt in dictionary entries, I really don't see how the addition of these 6 words improves the entry.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think this has been our preferred style for the past few years. It's what I always use. Leaving out "of a", "in", etc. can result in ambiguities.</upd_detl>
