<upd_detl>I don't think "col" is needed. Children's language is colloquial by default.
I don't think う○こ should be included. All sorts of words can be censored using ○; I think it's unlikely that users would look up them. Also, ○ isn't kana. It would need to go in the kanji field but having an sK form as the only kanji form on an entry is problematic.</upd_detl>

Applications such as jisho.org also support regex wildcard searches. For example a search for "う?こ" will bring up all possible matches.
IMO, handling these sorts of forms seems outside the scope of jmdict's capabilities.</upd_detl>
