<upd_refs>The English Wikipedia article tell me it's "systems" not "system" as shown in the Jp Wp article, and also that in English the term can refer to either a person or a company. On the other hand, the Jp Wp article says ＳＩｅｒ refers to a company, not a person, and that view was reinforced today by a client's comment.</upd_refs>
