A note regarding this entry, as well as some other recent (and most likely future) 
entries that specifically concern the usage of certain expressions in Okinawa: the 
reference material (text at hand) comes from the 石垣市立八重山博物館(aka 郷土資
料館/歴史博物館).</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Should "bone storage urn" maybe be "funerary urn" instead? Because funerary urns are as I understand it for both just ashes and 
bones. And "ashes" in a Western context is apparently also mostly bone fragments, apparently.</upd_detl>
